We help families find nannies and family assistants for long-term placements, rotational (ROTA) schedules, and travel contracts. Whether you need consistent support at home, caregivers who alternate scheduled shifts, or a nanny to accompany your family on trips, we tailor each search to your lifestyle and care needs.

Which areas do you serve?

We work with families and caregivers in Arizona and California, with Phoenix Valley as our home base. Our California searches include the Central Coast and select markets throughout the state. Availability depends on your location and the role—reach out so we can discuss your family’s needs.

Noelle McGhee, our Founder and Director of Recruiting, leads your family consultation, caregiver search, and matching process. Cody Westbay, our Business Operations Manager, coordinates contracts, payments, and the practical details that keep your search moving smoothly.

How do you match families and caregivers?

We start by learning about your household, schedule, parenting approach, and expectations. We then consider caregivers’ experience, strengths, preferences, and availability to introduce candidates who align with your role. Interviews give both sides the opportunity to explore the fit before making a decision.

Our Story

A lifetime of caring for children. A purpose built around understanding.

Where It All Began

I started babysitting at nine years old—as one did back in the 1900s.

Even then, I loved being around kids. That love stayed with me as I grew up and became the thread connecting so many parts of my life.

During high school, I also assisted my mom with her recruiting business. I was getting an early introduction to connecting people with opportunities, long before I imagined starting an agency of my own.

By eighteen, I was nannying. By twenty-three, I was married and a mom.

Over the years, I’ve coached soccer, taught swim lessons, and taught musical theater. The setting changed, but the part I loved most stayed the same: working with children, encouraging them, and watching them grow.

Today, I’m a mom of five. Being a working mom meant that, after years of caring for other people’s children, I needed someone to help care for mine.

I understood the trust it takes to welcome a nanny into your home. I also understood the responsibility, heart, and skill it takes to be that nanny.

I knew what it felt like to be the parent trying to balance work and family, hoping my children were happy and cared for. And I knew what it felt like to be the caregiver, wanting to do my job well and feel appreciated by the family I supported.

Along the way, I saw how easily relationships could struggle when families and caregivers didn’t fully understand each other. Expectations went unspoken. Responsibilities weren’t always clear. People who cared deeply about the same children could still find themselves on different pages.

I wanted to help bridge that gap.

My vision for A-List goes beyond introducing a family to a wonderful caregiver. I want to help them build a relationship that works for everyone.

That means helping parents become thoughtful, informed employers who communicate clearly and value the person caring for their children.

It means helping nannies feel welcomed, supported, and like part of the family—while also being respected as professionals, with clear responsibilities and healthy boundaries.

When the adults caring for a child understand and support each other, they create a stronger foundation for that child, too.

And That’s How A-List Was Born

The early experience helping my mom with her recruiting business. The years spent nannying, coaching, and teaching. Raising five children. Hiring caregivers as a working parent.

A-List brings all of those experiences together.

I created A-List Family Staffing to help families find exceptional care and help caregivers find families who value what they bring. Just as importantly, I want to help both sides begin with understanding, respect, and the tools to build a lasting relationship.

This work is personal to me. It comes from a life spent loving kids and learning what it takes to support the people who care for them.

His focus is making the process seamless and stress-free for every family and caregiver, in the Phoenix Valley and across California.
