Drawing on experience as both a professional nanny and nanny recruiter, Noelle leads A-List’s recruiting, candidate onboarding, nanny portfolio development, and client experience. As a mother who has also hired and worked alongside nannies in her own home, she understands the placement relationship from both sides. She looks beyond the résumé to experience, communication style, personality, household dynamics, and the qualities that help a placement thrive long term.
